The prospectus provides a comprehensive list of courses available to you during your career at West London Mental Health Trust. Some of the training contained within the prospectus is mandatory but many courses are available to enrich and support your working life.

on line booking system which includes the dates and times for all courses. You will only be able to access this link from a trust computer.
We all have a responsibility to make sure we are providing safe, as well as high quality services. If you are already an employee of the trust, find out which courses are required for you in your role. Please look at the Mandatory Matrix, which is available via the M12 Mandatory Training Policy on Exchange. The training matrix also shows how frequently refreshers are required.
You will receive reminders via email when you are due to refresh and both you and your line manager can also check your compliance through viewing your mandatory training passport.
