Quality awards

Togetherness-in-partnership-Hounslow-perinatalOur quality awards evening is held each year and is a way of celebrating success and recognising people whose work may be hidden behind the scenes, but is essential to the quality of care that our patients receive.

The awards cover 14 categories, which recognise outstanding members of staff and the best of our teams for their innovation, team work and contribution to patient care.


Team and Employee of the Month

Joanna Dow - EOM May 2016Our Team and Employee of the Month scheme recognises individuals who live the trust values, and teams who work together to provide the best quality care.

Staff are nominated by their colleagues, and winners receive a certificate and vouchers from the chief executive.

 


Staff rewards scheme

We’ve recently launched an exciting new salary savings scheme to help our staff stretch their budgets and make great savings. The scheme allows staff to get discounts on household DIY, electrical purchases, health and beauty products, entertainment, holidays and more. Staff can also make savings from all sorts of retailers, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Ikea and Boots.

We also run a car benefit scheme in partnership with Tusker, which allows staff to offset some of their salary before tax in exchange for a new lease car.
